What is the process and timeline to receive the relieving letter.

Once the No dues closure is done from all stakeholders, the relieving letter will be sent on the personal email ID as per our records.

When will I get my Experience letter?

Once your Full & Final is payable, we will share the Experience letter with you on your personal email ID as per our records.

How much time does it take to process Full and Final settlement

As per the process it takes 30 days to process full and final settlement from the last working day or your last NDC closure date, whichever is later.

How is EL balance encashment calculated?

Your earned leave balance as on your LWD will be encashed and calculation will be done as per your last drawn Basic salary. Earned Leave is paid / encashed on the last drawn basic salary- Monthly Basic / 22* EL balance at the time of leaving.

How is the notice period shortfall amount has been calculated?

Your notice shortfall amount is calculated based on your last drawn Basic salary. (No. of shortfall days * Last drawn basic salary)/30

I have not received my salary for the last month

Salary will be credited in the Full & Final settlement post recoveries if there is any.

How is Gratuity calculated?

Gratuity is calculated as per Payment of Gratuity Act 1972 and the calculation is based on (15 days of last drawn basic salary for each completed year of service ) divided by 26, which is: (Last Drawn Basic Salary x 15 x Completed No. of years of service) / 26

I have not received Other Earnings amount in my Full and Final settlement

The cut off for Other Earnings payment is from MEA(month end adjustment) to MEA during a month. Basis the details and approvals received in the last month of notice period then he/she will receive it the amount separately post Full and Final settlement has been processed.

I have not received the shift allowance amount in my Full and Final settlement

Please note that weekend/shift allowance are paid separately and not with full and final settlement.

What happens to mediclaim insurance incase of exit

Mediclaim insurance get ceased effective last working date.

What is timeline to receive Form 16 for the last completed Financial year?

Form 16 for the last completed FY gets generated by the month of July. It will be accessible via Ascent portal link. Alternately, it will be emailed to your personal email ID as per our records.
